Failed To Attend Policy & Late Cancellations

We operate a Failed to Attend Policy and a Late Cancellations Policy. We ask Patients to attend their scheduled appointments on time or provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or change their appointments. NHS dental appointments are in high demand, missed or late-cancelled appointments limit our ability to offer timely care to others who may need it urgently.

Our practice policy is that if, on more than two occasions, patients cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend an appointment, then we may no longer be able to offer NHS treatment. We will of course take any special circumstances into account.
