Patients undertaking treatment under the NHS are also kindly requested to give as much notice as possible (minimum 48 hours). Patients that repeatedly miss appointments may not be able to rebook at this practice.
Patients are reminded that 48 hours’ notice is required in the event of cancellation or rearrangement of their appointment. Patients that cancel or postpone with less than 48 hours’ notice may be liable for any fees/ cost incurred and loss of deposit. This applies to patients undertaking private treatment.
